Calculation method of the bell insulator to double-shed insulator contamination ratio based on the evaluation accuracy of area pollution level

Abstract In order to make full use of the ESDD test data on-site bell insulators evaluate area pollution level, a new calculation method insulator double-shed contamination ratio is proposed, which based on principle minimizing misjudgment level. Natural was carried out in Taizhou, Zhejiang province, and calculated data. According probability distribution model data, 10,000 sample are randomly generated for verification. The results show that rate proposed 21.41%, lower than traditional taking arithmetic average or geometric several points.
